FAQ
Before you choose a handmade work.
Is every handmade object exactly the same?
No. Small variations in surface, tone, firing, weaving, polishing, and hand finishing are part of the work. Product pages will note important differences when they affect use.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Many works are suitable for housewarming, anniversary, business gifting, and seasonal gestures. Gift notes and packaging options will be shown when available.
How should handmade objects be cared for?
Care depends on material. Ceramic, bamboo, rattan, silver, and textile objects each have different care needs, so the product page remains the main reference.
Can I request a custom order?
Some artisans accept custom work. Timing, price, and limits depend on the maker, material, and production season.
Shipping Information
Insured shipping for fragile works and slow-made objects.
In-stock works usually ship after quality checks and protective packing. Fragile works such as ceramics, glass, and fine vessels receive reinforced packaging and insured international delivery when available.
Estimated dispatch and delivery windows are shown on the product page or during checkout. Duties, taxes, and final delivery handling may vary by destination, but our goal is to keep international purchasing clear and worry-free.
Objects are packed according to material, fragility, and surface finish rather than generic parcel rules.
Tracking details are provided after dispatch so customers can follow the shipment from studio to destination.
Returns & Exchanges
A clear return policy that respects both customers and makers.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed product description, customers should contact us with photos and order details as soon as possible.
Because handmade works are often limited, one-of-a-kind, or made to order, returns are reviewed by condition and product type. Custom work, used items, and objects damaged after delivery may not be eligible for ordinary return.
We keep the process fair: customers deserve clarity, and artisans deserve protection from avoidable loss.
